How do they treat the employees? I have a small child with special needs and need a
understanding, caring employer. Just put in my app, and hoping to hear from them soon!

They don't care about there people. There expendable to them. If you need time off, they right you up. It doesn't matter the reason. Can't miss a single minute in the first 90 day's. Be careful if you start there. And besides everyone doing everyone, then it might not be to bad.

I know but that's because they go through people so much. They don't get it, if you pay more, you keep more loyal people.

Well, I do believe most employers have a 90 day probation period, which is understandable. And NOT everyone is doing everyone...

I'm thinking the candle factory may not be the best idea...I had heard it is very easy to get hired, but if the management can't manage to be respectful of their employees, they are not going to receive respect..I think I will hold out for Wal-Mart.
Thanks everyone for the info...

I worked in the office there. It is a terrible place to work. Upper management is useless. No regard for employees. Plus they hire they temp services and go thru employees like crazy. Would not recommend this place.

You're very welcome! I was deceived when I took the job. I was told it was going to be much better than it was. The turn over rate is unbelievable. Being in office I had a first hand look at the way supervisors treat employees and the lack of compassion they show. You just have to take the job for what it's worth. It is a payck (minimal), but that's about all one can actually say from a positive perspective!
