The Corrupt Mayfield Judicial System

I do not understand how you can act like everything is the police officers fault that people get out of jail. Do you not think it is discouraging when they arrest someone for drugs or any other crime and then see them out of jail a few days later. That is not their fault that is the way the law is set up. If you have fault with the judicial system and how it is enforced you need to spend more time trying to change the laws and less time bashing the ones trying to do their best to enforce it. No matter what you think you know, they do sacrifice their time away from their family. I know that my husband works more than the typical 40 hour work week because he takes his job serious and tries to help people in this town. Even though people do wrong he shows them respect even if he has to arrest them. As far as special treatment, you obviously do not know anything about their personal life because there has been several of their family and own children that have been arrested and gone to jail more than once. I am pretty sure "special treatment" by your definition is that they get off scott free or someone turns their head to wrong being done. The statement made by person who said that everyone hates cops until they need one is so true. I have some advice for the rest of you who hate cops. Next time something bad happens don't bother calling the cops because according to you they are ALL bad and corrupt and pieces of crap. So don't waste your time waiting on them to come help you because they are probably sitting at pockets hanging out or sleeping in the parking lots or some other stupid crap you came up with. Just defend yourself and hope for the best.

Here's one solid example: Last week, Larry Alexander resigned from his job on the police force because he accidently sent some sleezy email to the mayor instead of the woman he is having an affair with.

Maybe your husband is one of the exceptions that actual does his job and wants to better the community. If he is, he probably won't last long. You have to be a member of the clique to work for the MPD. That's why MOST of them are corrupt. They run the good cops off so they can get away with whatever they want.

How is any of that corrupt? Being inefficient is not the same as being corrupt.
What about when every cop that inicially handled the Jessica Currin case resigned after evidence was "lost or misplaced"?

There are some good cops and some bad cops in Mayfield and Graves County as well. All criminals blame the system for their crimes,it's never their fault that they did someting wrong.I agree that there are always bad cops in a system and bad judges too but as far as Mayfield and Graves County the cops and judges are fair for the most part.

Yeah I think everybody knows who this is. The only reason I know is by the 115 word sentence. I dont even know you but it has a striking similarity to the 150 word sentence in another post on the topix forum in which you used your name. Sounds like to me that you are trying to suck up to some police officers. Hmmm....wonder why????

If I were a cop, I would start tracking IP Addresses & start arresting people who slander others. It can be done!!!

Slander is a tort, not a crime. Read a book.
