Thank you for posting this link, as I posted before, he tried to kill my Mom & it left her bed ridden many months until she passed away. He's a monster & I hope he's locked up until the end of his life & then he has to answer to God.
Please continue to post any information that follows on him, this forum is the only place our family has been able to get information & we really appreciate it.

I've heard that at least one of those detectives took some of the perscriptions that were taken from his home & have been selling them. I'd like to see the evidence sheets as soon as they're available. I would also like to know from Shah "exactly" what he had on hand at his home.

I do have to admit that my info is 3rd hand but the tip came from someone very close to the detective who knows what they do on a daily basis.

Could be that the task force is working for their own gain. Or at least some of them.

I never knew him personally or outside of the few times he treated me but when I was really bad he put me in the hospital and came to see me faithfully. That was four years ago. Thanks to him I got better and I feel that without his help I would not have pulled through. I have not been to see him since that time but I must be thankful that he took care of me at the time. I do not know what he has or has not done for or to others but the man helped me be with my family again so I can not say anything bad about him. He only gave me the medications that I needed to get better and that was all. He never gave me medications that were dangerous or not needed and only for a short period of time.I simply do not understand the other things that I have heard and read that he was said to have done.

Hi Susan. I believe it. Especially after I heard which officers were involved.
This is my theory: I think that he was probably getting the meds for his patients. He doesn't seem like the type that would be abusing Rx drugs and I don't think that he decided to start selling drugs out of his house as hard as he was trying to get his license back. So many of his patients had a hard time even getting another Dr to see them, I'm sure they came back crying to Dr Shah for help.

I'm with you on this also you gave a perfect description of how he picked & chose who deserved to live or die.
As for the cops, they will answer at some point if they are involved in this but that in no way changes what he has done to many people & that he no longer had a licence & knew that meant he could not practice in any way shape or form.

You know I have read alot of what Susan Galbreath has entered on this web site and 99% persent of what she has to say is negitive. third party first hand reliable nothing but gossip just trying to get someones goat. Its obvious, why don't you try not to make it so obvious, and anyone who goes along with is nothing but the same. Why can't you be glad that they got another drug dealer off the streets the man has ended lives and ruined alot more and don't forget the addicts he has made in your community. It was about time he got punished for what he was doing.

Dr. Shah was always an amazing doctor, it's too bad he left his home country and ended up in a place like Mayfield. I find it humorous that my knowledge of the cops in Mayfield is,they're basically half ass. Several people in Mayfield, along with the detectives there, lack one thing that Dr. Shah does not, which is intelligence. I truly believe that Dr. Shah never meant any harm to any of his patients and I'm almost as sure, that anything put in the Mayfield Police Stations hands is always something to double check.

You may want to re-calculate the percentage. I only write about negative things when it's called for. Of course anything I write about is only my opinion unless I state otherwise. Either way, nothing that I say or anyone else on here means anything other than it being a thread post.

As for Shah, I have no problem w/ them arresting him for his alleged drug dealing. I do have a problem if the task force has a few bad apples in the team. Afterall, they are formed to go against dealers, not to become dealers. I also have no problem w/ naming the person I spoke of on the force but I am looking further into it & don't want to tip them off as to who is doing the talking.

If you have a problem w/ me or my posts, that's for you to deal w/. More than likely, your comment stems from something negative you feel about me personally that you feel I may have said about you or someone close to you. Either way, it doesn't matter to me.

Your right about one thing, too bad he left his country & ended up in Mayfield, had he stayed in his country my precious Mom would not have ended up in a coma, dying on the drugs he put her on. I've already posted the details on another thread regarding him, so I won't do it again. Looks like you were safe under him as a patient, so you were one of the few fortunate ones, believe me there are plenty of beautiful people that weren't as fortunate. The hospital knew what was happening under his care & stopped his practicing there unless it was one of his patients, he was no longer allowed to take a shift as attending dr.
It took way too long for the Ky. Medical Board to remove his licence, but we will just have to be thankful they finally did. That said, he was breaking the law just as any other common drug dealer without a licence and he knew it, so now he pays the price just like any other convicted drug dealer. Guess he should have fled back to India when he had the chance.
This is the only closure & justice we will receive for every one that suffered from his care.
