Well I have been in YOungblood's several times and had to run around the store to even find a person to help me, But sometimes I would rather go there just b/c it is smaller But Lowes has better things and a bigger variety. But alot of the employees are rude and don't like to help either. You have those type of ppl at every job though. Just depends on who likes their job and who don't.

I would prefer YoungBloods, the folks at Lowes don't have a clue what they are doing. I have been in there a few times and nobody knows where anything is and don't really care.

Ok.... Now we are dogging Lowes... For your information I work @ Lowes and am very proud of my job, none of the employees there are rude,
we were not trained that way, The compliments flow in on a daily basis from people who have never been in such a friendly store. As for employees not knowing what they are talking about, if you ask for something and the employee knows nothing about the item, they WILL find someone to help you, we don't ignore people... we are NOT WALMART!!! Maybe the person that you asked help from had just started their job....I can Gaurantee that the person you spoke to was not rude at all, not knowing about an item does not make you rude, it is a large store and it is not easy to have knowledge of every product in the store... Lowes is an awesome store... It is a family oriented store and a GREAT place to work.
If any of you are looking for employment ya might want to go fill out an app... You would be surprised at what an awesome place Lowes is!!

I'm very sorry to hear that you got poor service,
Please don't let one experience like that keep
you away, I can only apologize for the person or persons that gave you bad service....
I know that I have actually turned in a couple of the newer people, Those of us that have been there
since day one would NEVER be rude.. Comment made a comment that some people like their jobs and some don't, I just wish that everyone could enjoy their job as much as I do mine. Just one bad apple in a bunch can ruin it for everyone!!!
Have A Merry Christmas.... God Bless

If you will pick up a store directory at the front of the store, or just look at the signs above the aisles you might not wonder so aimlessly.

Have a great day!
