went by scene right after accident/knew there had to be police involved , based on amount of police(state and local) on site, hope and honest and through investigation is done, conditions were poor but not to the point of not seeing person in road if autopsy comes back clear, the police department is going to have some tough questions to answer, based on the straight away i doubt very seriously that the cruiser had blue/red lights going as someone who drives a z06 i know alot about reaction time . also am a professional driver, the family deserves nothing less that a through report, possibly bring ouside investigators. p.s. no i am not jumping the gun
19 my prayers go out to the family

Your right a little, but don't try to pin it on the P.O. too, who stands in the middle of a busy dangerous state road and like you said it's a straight so there was also no obstruction to the victim either, obvisously she should have heard cars approaching and seeing headlights, like seriously, thats why there are headlights on cars for people to see them and also for the driver to see others, not to mention that it was raining and night time making it pour condition on both sides. But to the extent it was an accident, things happen, but like i said i know i would be looking both way when crossing a busy road and not to mention to keep looking both ways while crossing. My opinion and thoughts that the girl thought she could have ran across real quick and didn't realize how fast the actual car was going, thats my thought in the opinion, but seriously the location where it took place takes place on a straight away which makes it not hard to look and even hear cars approaching.
