Isn't the ER great...first it posts all of our wages for the world to see and now it lets everyone know we are about to be out of a job. Nice....thanks, nothing like a little salt on the wound...

Thank you Alex! You are right on!!! Not only are the salaries excessive, they DO NOT include everybody in the database. There are numerous people who earned money, however aren't listed.
Disappointing to see the inaccuracies....

Any where people work, there will always be financial issues. People are not train financially. So, when they get layoff, they don't know what to do next. So, many teachers, professors and school administrators, they graduate from college, but they have so little financial wisdom.
The only thing that they are taught about money is work hard, pay all your bills, balance your check book and put the rest of the money in a saving account. That's it. There's more to money than that.
With financial education, you can create asset or acquire asset. With financial education, you can make your money work for you. With financial education, you can invest in real estate and direct selling/network marketing. Nobody taught them that. You don't always have to settle for a job or a career.
We have a higly educated society but financially uneducated people.

Sorry folks, but "quit your bitchin", is the end product of our schools. It's obvious a child (teen) posted this.
The money meant for the school books, and qualified instructors has been sucked dry by the administration and the unions.
Sad part is, these self-centered selfish people got paid for there sub-standard performance today, as they will tomorrow, until every penny has been milked out the district.
If a single one of them had a shred of integrity, they'd quit in the morning.

What is the matter with you?
Teachers are the lifeblood of our country. Without good teachers, we would have illiterate people walking around.
For too many years, teachers have been underpaid and underappreciated.
One of these instructors Mr. Fricker, was my instructor for 2 years and made me and my business the success it is today. He gave me the encouragement, direction and confidence I needed to pursue my dream.
As another poster stated, if you arent happy, go out and get yourself an education and a real job.
Then, go back and thank that instructor who made a difference in your life. I have, in fact, I just put a letter in the mail.
