It is sad but not surprising as the Ranch never really attracted enough tourists but it sure made it nice for residents to shop, golf, work and see movies. The golf course was formerly owned by the Kaluakoi and was one of the most incredible I've ever seen. It would be wonderful to see the kaluakoi restored to host tourist and golf as it used to in it's heyday! I met my husband there! It needs an investor with an ability to balance Hawaiian ideals and still provide services in one of the most beautiful and fragile places known to man! and
