Cut Honolulu schools before rural or outer island schools!

Those who are always last to get resources should be last on the chopping block as well.

Bravo for acknowledging that charter schools could be housed at consolidated schools. It's a win/win for everyone to support such creative thinking.

Go further, and examine ALL government entities for relocation from leased space to under utilized schools.
