Man who killed 3 denied release recommendation

The Arkansas Parole Board has denied a commutation request for a man serving life in prison for robbing and killing three people, including one victim who was blind and another who was paralyzed.
LOL this was a no brainer... My question is why is this Ebola still alive to begin with? Don't we have a death penaty in Arkansas we should be using?
