Welcome to North Little Rock new Salvation Army officer! You are blessed to follow in the footsteps of Majors Philip and Cindy Wise. This is a fantastic community of caring people. You are fortunate that you will not be subjected to the meanness and unChristianlike behavior from the former Little Rock Major Harvey Johnson toward staff, officers, volunteers, and even homeless. You will be able to do great things without having to ensure what others had to before you. He yelled at volunteers and staff at the Angel Tree of all places. Would not have believed it if I had not heard and seen it myself. Anyway, blessings to you from a caring city, welcome and best wishes!
