ya, too bad you're not a real college. graduated in 91 with an associates in travel and tourism - 3.9 gpa. placement was guaranteed but i never did find a job in the travel industry. one employer said the diploma wasn't worth the paper it was written on. on top of that, i'm STILL paying for student loans. what a crock!

Nothing is ever Guaranteed in life, the only two things that are is the fact that you where born and that you are going to die, everything else is just up to you to make happen....so get over it and stop whining

Actually I'm in the same boat as lindy...Finished my associates in 1999, still paying off loans, and I also had a 3.9 gpa, but no 4-year colleges are accepting the credits based on a lack of "Regional Accreditation". Atleast having an associates from somewhere is better than nothing when it comes to my resume, but not for continuing my higher education. I'm retaking the same courses I took then, and PAYING for them again!
