This is the result of the oxy crackdown: opiate addicts can get heroin cheaper than pills. Unfortunately, heroin also brings some public health side threats (e.g. needle exchange) than oxys don't.
I'm not knocking the crackdown. Having friends OD sucks, and it can happen with any opiate-based drug. But I wonder if there might be a better way to deal with this huge problem than what is being done now.

A lot of folks don't realize that. It is getting very bad in my area. Now the new cheaper version is showing up. Flesh eating nastiness.
