The Virginia SCC is as incompettent as the rest of the state government.

Yes, they continually begin endless numbers of projects, then abandon them, then arrogantly cry that they want more of everyone else's money to begin more and more projects.

The cost of living rises, people lose more money, bureaucrats laugh all the way to the bank.

Those darn sly fox tea partiers running the chicken coop clean. Seems the Gov is out of touch with his rogue designees. Hope the FBI jumps on this illegal pumping of the taxpayers money.
