The family of the man accused of opening fire on a Virginia State Trooper is offering clues about what they think prompted the fatal shooting.

Saying that the suspect "snapped" is a bunch of crap. The only thing that needs to be snapped is his neck, by a rope. Don't waste electricity or poison gas, or lethal drugs, use a rope, it can be recycled and is cheap. This POS deserves it.
