Have they no clue that their time has passed and that it's their children's turn to live life. I have a son and he told me that parent is requesting to be his friend. Will you please explain why you feel you need to comment on these kids stats ? It's like you want to live thru these young kids. Parents please be aware that these are married women who have children
and they seem to have an obsession
with children. They are the type of parent that is CONSTANTLY up their ass trying to be their friend instead of their parent. They have 2-3 kids and are in their 30-40's and try to act like they're still in High School. The women like that need to GROW UP and let their kids live their lives. Be their parent first then their friend.

A lot of people don't realize that facebook has a feature that automatically sends out friend requests to "friends of friends." I receive friend requests from people I have never met, from my children's friends, even from my husband's ex. You can tell the difference like this: If you click "confirm" it will prompt you to "add friend." So, it may originally appear as "_____ wants to be your friend" but it's a facebook suggestion, not the person themselves.

@ Not always their doing, what you said is true but the parent CAN deny the request or not send one themselves. Some of these women think they have to be in every aspects of their kids lives.

Maybe the parents are trying to use their childrens friends to keep tabs on them. What better way? Lol but your absolutely right, the parents should be parents and not their kids friend. If parents were being parents then there would be trust and responsibility and no need for spying. I have five lil blessings myself and our oldest is 11. I still have time before we have to worry.

I know of a parent that is always on her FB and her kids FB. She doesn't act like their parent at all, instead she treats them like her best friends. She lives thru them. She wants to be the cool friend instead of a mom. She dresses like a teenager and tries to act younger. She even does the same on MySpace.

Wow. Well my kids don't have anything like mp or fb. I think Im Just old fashioned. But now a days kids wanna act like adults. A lot of these kids don't even know what the word Respect means anymore. And well if parents wanna be all up in there kids beewax they need to teach them respect. Cuz if my kids ever disrespect there elders there gonna find out what's up. Like i said I'm in my 30s but I'm old school. I still believe in discipline. I'm not like these parents that are like oh you just need to talk to them right. BS that's why there's so many bad kids. Then you have your parents who want to be friends instead. Please why don't you have friends your own age. Your getting older not any younger. Your gonna sag and wrinkle so get over it and just accept that your not a teenager anymore.

Hey! I have nothing to hide! I use my real name, I have an account and never log out. I will never comment or write anything that I would be ashamed of.:)

Too bad others don't do the same.

Good idea, maybe that is what they meant. Still doesn't make sense. I'm guessing they are probably trying to degrade me. As if calling me a "bible thumper". But if so, I'm proud to carry the label.lol. Guess their plan on hurting my feelings back fired. Sorry hun. Hope yall had a great weekend!
