Lois is so dumb, she dont know how to do anything except try to rule and cause problems for everybody and everything in Town. She has hurt Shelias trying to run for anything because Shelia lets her make all the decisions.

wish someone like David Akers would move to Matewan and become the Mayor. Would be a lot done with him there. He knows how to get things done without letting someone else having all the say.

how could people know when to vote, it wasn t advertised. but the word is that people were making calls out of city hall for people to come out and vote. i also heard that the qoute election is under investagation.

Very few people knew about the election. Only about a fourth of them. I heard they were going to knock on some doors, and find out out who knew and who didnt. When they finish their rounds, I am almost certain they will throw the so called June election out and have a new one so all voters will get to decide---not just a few.

Shelia is running for Big Jim Hatfields job. She cant manage a town, let alone things on a county level. She paid $5000.00 of the towns money to fix the park but nothing was done. And as for Lois, she sets in the corner of the office and barks orders. She doesnt even work in the water dept. Shelia lets here hang out there.

Are you aware of the 15-20,000.00 labor and equipment donation Shelia received at the parks river access and campground and what the 5,000.00 was actually used for? SURE!, you got better plans for Matewan. If some of you talkers would put that energy into action and make your lazy A$$ wiggle instead of your lips imagine what could be done. Shelia is a great mayor! It,s some of the ding a lings on town council that keep the town screwed up. Think Shelia is a bad mayor? Wait till she leaves and the next in line ding a ling steps up to the plate.
