What's wrong with this picture? How does a plain-clothes, perfectly identifiable, un-armed man rob the same bank not once, not twice, but three times over the course of two years and not get caught?! Are the Old Bridge Police doing their job or are tney more concerned with reaching their ticket quota for the month? Maybe they should pay less attention to the noise complaints of loud music in the neighborhood and focus their attention to actual "CRIME." This is true negligence on the part of the Old Bridge Police Department. They wouldn't survive a day on the streets of NYC.

You are a so right, have been resident here for almost 6 years, and so far only thing I have seeing OB police being good is for giving a traffic tickets. Once I got a ticket just for beeping at the car on traffic stop ,because he wasn't moving and the light was about to turn red,it turn out to be undercover police car.,you should have seeing that young police officers face. He was acting like a God who is about to giving me a punishment for daring to beep at him. They are so slow and lazy, they would not last a day in NY. That's why banks around here gets rub all the time. I try to not to go inside of the bank branch as much as possible ,because of all this. I do feel safe living in Old Bridge, but not when I go to banks.

Perhaps if Old Bridge didn't have that police layoff, we wouldn't have had these repeated robberies. Because of so many people becoming addicted to various prescription drugs, leading to buying street synthetic heroine, etc., there will be many more serious crimes to come. NY is a big city with a big budget in law enforcement. Old Bridge does need to step up in dealing with REAL crime, instead of picking on the average citizen with petty stuff.
