home for the holidays!
As you all know I closed la Bottega in 2005. I moved on and worked with a 'larger' well known store. I wrote a little, did some on-line stuff and all the while my interest in wine grew even more. Most recently I worked for one of my customers from the la Bottega days and opened 'daryl wine bar & restaurant' in New Brunswick. The pleasure of working with a great and talented team, led by chef David Drake, is one that I will never forget. The experience also helped me focus and look at wine as it relates to food. The work also sparked an even greater interest into why and how most people relate to wine.
Well, the holidays are over but I'm staying. I've had the pleasure of seeing many of you and it has been great!
You can find me at 'wine nation' in the Pinecrest shopping Center on route 34...
call, email winenation at live.com or please stop by.
my best regards,
felix

"Dirty" Sanchez!!! When you closed La Bottega (as we all know) in 2005, we were wondering what happened to you. I had bet that you joined a Sothern Death Cult...

The family is great!!! Todd Jr just got released early for good behavior, and Missy is due with number 4. I have just been promoted (to Grand Dragon!!) and all else is well...
I'll see you around, now that I know where I can find you. We'll be sure to pay a visit....

I just went to Wine Nation yesterday with my brother in law. He had told me that the they have the best selection and prices in Matawan. He was right! I met Felix yesterday and we are going to use Wine Nation for my child's Christening. Keep up the good work Felix and I'll see you soon

They have the Seagrams vokdka tea I so badly need on hot summer afternoons and a wide selection of bath salts which help me save face with "the boss" in the evenings.
