Why don't they build in New Jersey?

Look at the ones already in Cecil County; Welfare bums, DRUGS,Pimps & prostitutes, Cheat and Beat the Tax payers.'

I know some of the facilities and the employees, rent unpaid in the $Thousands, Drugs everywhere, Too lazy to put trash in provided dumpsters, 30 OBOMBA phones while I have to pay for mine and theirs also!!

Cecil County is the Drug capital of the country and Welfare next to the big cities.
