Friends from NYC

So it looks like friends driving all the way from NYC up to Haskell St. in Massena ,in the snow Thurs. didn't get too warm of a welcome when they got there, And I thought these people on Haskell St. were the friendly type after all why else would someone drive all the way up here if not to wish them a belated Merry Christmas ???

my neighbor across the street has people in and out all the time, they only stay about 5 minutes.This kind of activitie could only mean one thing. I will report this to the authorities and they can take over surveillance, thats what needs to happen then we can clean up this town

Just start taping all the cars and the license plates as they come and go to the house. When you think you have all the vermin on video bring it to the fuzz and see if they can do anything with it. If they can that's great. If they can't then that sucks. But atleast you tried.

The cops aren't gonna do anything with your "evidence." The local PD is only gonna get outta their chair long enough to get another donut. You will be looked on as an irritant to them. Then they will tell you your "evidence" of cars and license plates isn't really evidence which actually is true. What you just described really isn't evidence of any crime. Sure it's obvious that something illegal is probably going on. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's probably a duck. But that alone isn't gonna stand up in court. The cops would still have to do work on their own which is never gonna happen. Sure they will say they lack funding and man power etc. the usual excuses. But truth is they aren't ever gonna do anything about it. That's a big part of the reason the drug problem is getting worse. It would be better and financially smarter to legalize things like weed and decriminalize drug use because the system to prevent people from doing it isn't ever gonna work.

In fact the Fed and ATF and border Patrol wants to keep the status quo. Why else would the Fed be threatening the States that legalized weed recently. If you legalize it then all the money going towards their departments dries up. Those departments would be downsized or fazed out completely. By legalizing it you are cutting off the Feds and ATF bread and butter. Believe me they are gonna fight this. Stay tuned.
