A former Walmart employee who admitted he had worked in concert with a customer to allow the theft of a television from the store when he was working was warned he could face up to 15 days in jail if he fails to complete 10 hours of community service included in his sentence.

How about both Norman and Alguire be banned from Walmart too? Arrest them for tresspass and contempt of court if they do ever go there again.
Norman got off pretty easy.
