Louie Charleston, Rob Cook and Don Beckstead was one hell of a great backfield on the 1984 JV & 1986 Varsity football teams.

Saw him play football for 3 years and would of got MVP if he played the 4. Ever see this kids body. Saw him play some college games and is so strong he is fun to watch. This kid has it all.

I am new to this, being my only sencond posting, and LOGM, you seem like such a douche bag. You need to get over the fact that GM is closed and you need to find some work. I am glad it closed and so are a lot of others.
No "recent" athlete? I guess you don't follow the NHL much do ya?

How do you make Captain of a college mens team if your not a leader? Bet you never played in college or did you quit college or even go?

You are awful defensive Sandy! It was always about Garrett and looks like it still is with you. He changed you didn't. You never talk about the team just Garrett. Even the people at work are tired of you.

Sean Kellogg---the guy played every sport around and was good at them all. The only guy to hit a baseball clear out of Alcoa Field and hit one of the houses on Willow St.

And that was during the pre-steroid era too!

Don't forget the Great David DuBray. He was the only kid in Pop Warner history to punt a football and it not only hit one of the top of a light towers but knocked out the entire bank of lights too!!!!

And Kilt Wearing Maniac though he was the shit because he kicked a telephone pole and knocked it down???

Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!

Matt Hatch has had a very good season last year for the Union hockey team, he started and helped lead the team to their first regular season championship and their first NCAA appearance.

Yeah but Louis Charleson hit a ball over the HS fence and it landed ontop of Nightengale Elem. Trust me, you young people have no idea how good our athletes were in the 80s Tom Dion, Louis Charleston, Don Beckstead, Rob Chilton, Kevin Craner, just to name a few. Our generation grew up outside playing the sports, the kids now play them on x-box.
