You can't. The City that it is showing is where the ISP is based out of. In your case I assume you have Road Runner

I believe last year was the last year for Village cleanup days. It went from twice a year to just spring and I think last year was the last year it will be offered. It cost's the taxpayers a lot of money to do that. The village will need all the extra money they can get this year to tear down the Slavins buildings.

No they are having it !Plus money is taken out of user fees we pay for garbage out of refuse fund so is the pay for every man on it ,tipping fees for a load to transfer station also, so don't let them tell you it is out of the tax base.

MEN... You can't live with them and you can't drop them off beside the road, because they will eventually find their way home.

They should charge people by the pound for cleanup, or something similar. The honest folks put a few things out, and others have dump trucks worth. It's amazing the mountains of stuff the same houses throw out every year.

It's because they let their friends who live outside the village add things to their pile.

YES ,the reason for getting it down to 1 cleanup was for that reason.Hate to say this not all of them do it but you know where the biggest piles will be the landlords who don't live here for a lack of better words Slumlords ...

I will have a larger than usual pile this spring. Only because the apartment that I just moved into was left full of junk, by the last tenant. No fault of mine or my landlord, but the junks gotta go.

It would be great if the junk pickers didn't make a mess out of the stuff they go through too!!! I'm all for one mans junk is another mans treasure, you can find some good stuff, but, you found it in a nice pile so how 'bout not leaving it all over my yard??????

I actually believe it would be your landlords responsibility, there is a dump in this town....

If that's the case, then why would they do spring cleanup at all? It should be everyone's responsibility then to take their own junk to the dump.

That costs money. And some have no means to get it to the dump.

Don't let the town fool you, there is money already alloted for that. It is already available for citizens here.

Eventually they will do away with it altogether. That can be a positive thing and create jobs for some people to come haul your things away. Landlords should clean up their own properties. It's a business and they make a profit from it and it should not be up to the tenants to get rid of the previous tenants junk. I hope you got some sort of discount from deposit or rent for cleaning up someone elses mess.

You my friend are so correct! This money comes out of what we pay for garbage pick-up do the math everybody monthly garbage bill x 4,500 customers not including dumpsters they pick up, an they charge a 10 accounts per dumpster! Now I here they meaning our mayor wants to do away with it next year.Where will all of 1.5 mil. go from garbage fund.If I am not mistaken totally illegal to take money from one fund and put it another.
