Mike Walsh had his storage units on rt 37 foreclosed on. The bank owns them now. He told everyone that there was a new owner that would be contacting the renters. Because Mike would not turn over the names of the renters, the bank put notices on all the storage units. Most of the units have been broken into and the items stored stolen. Mike is selling off the trucks he owns before the bank takes those. He may live in a fancy house for now, but the man doesn't have a pot to pee in. His wife should get her nose out of the air before she goes to sign up for welfare!

Just doing errands and went thru Walsh trucking. The place is deserted, no cars, no trucks, no activity no nothing. A few trailers sitting there but the place looks empty.
Maybe they are all on vacation.

Here is a prime example of what our younger generation is doing to the world today. The old man busted his but building the business and I say this because I knew him and the son trashed the whole works. You know , it's quite funny. The younger generation seems to have all of the answers in the world today but they also seem to have most all of the problems.

Times have changed, and business plans must, too. Web based logistics is the new era of trucking with far less overhead. Conclusions about a failing business are simply inaccurate. The reality is that the company is going in a new and progressive direction, which is more lucrative and less costly.

We've had close friends that had worked for Walsh' and they observed first hand that dinners, trucks, cars, groceries, parties, gas, house expenses etc etc etc were charged to the business over the years with an ever expanding family. Any night out of the week you could observe the Walsh' at Violi's or the Village Inn.

Sounds like Mike might start up another business (brokerage with no overhead) and let the banks take back the storage units and possibly the Walsh Trucking property.

Any idea which bank has them now (storage units)? I am atually interested. May have to take a run over and read the notice. Great location. Only a dumbass could lose money in that business.

Trust me, the Walsh family certainly is not broke. Mind your own business. You all sound like a bunch of jealous fools. Well, except for that last posted. Seriously people.

Trust you? Come on! Francis Walsh's father Mike Walsh started that business. Francis carried it on. Mike (Francis' son)ruined it. If he is not broke, he must have stashed some cash somewhere because he has screwed anyone he could to try and keep the business and it didn't work. The only thing he has been doing is lining up trucks to pick up deliveries for a commission. He can't run trucks under the Walsh name because he can't afford to pay the driver benefits or state regulated fees and charges.
