He may give the shirt off his back but he will want it back with a pair of pants and new sneakers. He is a shrewd business person.

He helps himself. Remember the illegal casino him and his pals had in hogan that got shut down? Don't put the guy on a pedestal. He bought a 50K house in the village for only 10 grand because the people were down on their luck. He takes advantage of anything and sometimes anyone he can.

LOL and what 50k house was that that he paid 10k for??

Who wasn't involved in the illegal casinos back then??? Hell, I can name 15 people who were involved in the ciggs smuggling back in the late 80s early 90s that are now "legitimate businessmen/women"....

so everyone here needs to get the facts straight. Paul Morrow may be many things but a shrewd business man he is not. His current business was fed with his own time and ambitions. He was working out of the basement of his house for years before buying a building to house his business. Dont be jealous of someone is succeeding in this world. If everyone focused on themselves versus others, I think we would all be better off. Kudos *to paul for actually making money in a small town with limited resources. AMEN

I have known Paul for 40 years and I am well aware of the dozens of Massena people and groups he has helped out. Also I don't believe you for a second about getting the chair pulled out from under you. He has done nothing but worked for HIMSELF & the COMMUNITY.

Droopy Draws.... you are amazing. In one thread you post about how you want to clean this forum up, and then in another you post vitriol about an individual that you can not back up. You are a hypocrit.

I have worked on and off for Paul since high school, doing odd jobs and then construction for him. He is shrewd, but honest.

I would much rather do business with a shrewd businessman versus a frivilous one

Paul is a self-made success story. Through his intellegence and hard work, he has done very well.
Is he shrewd? Yes he is and he's smart and if you think that's a bad thing, you know nothing about business.

Buying a house for rock bottom when you find the opportunity isn't illegal. He might have done improvements to it, flipped it, and kept it on the tax roles. He probably made some money in the deal but many people do this and its called being smart.

I know for a fact that he's done things to help the community, things that will never be known because he's not one to talk about his good deeds.

Stop bashing people you don't even know and I'm sure from your tone, you are jealous of.....
Instead of bashing, you might think about seeing him as an example of what can be gained by hard work.
