Soon as it was public they was was a retired NYPD guy, we all knew immediatly the guy was a moron. All it take is pass a 3rd grade exam and you get a NYPD job as a police officer. This guy has an IQ lower then my goat. To make things worse the Officer who did the shooting was MTA cop they are one step above but not that far above NYPD morons.
