All b/c she wouldn't withdraw charges against her killers girlfriend ?... Idk but i think he played more of a role & had his own reasons to want her dead .. He had a million & one opportunities to save her yet he didn't lift a finger, he waited till she was dead & then pointed it at dave, the first opportunity he got.
