That's the problem you're basing things off your opinions. Wyandanch has a poor school system, the poverty rate is high, crime is high/a lot of gangs/vandalism/violence, the houses are in poor condition/ a lot of eyesores,adults/elderly hangingout in front of liqour stores, people walking around who are clearly on drugs.<quoted text>What does ghetto mean. Wyandanch has its problems, of course. But, my experiences were, where we were very poor, I was with lots of friends who had fathers in their households, meals daily, and stability. I did not have that personally, so did that make me ghetto, or was I able to recognize where I needed to be to have greater comforts. What makes a town 'ghetto' I ask. And, why do we want to romantacize it?
Now remember you may have not had great experiences in Lindenhurst, but Lindenhurst has great schools (keeping up grades with upper class towns such as kings park and Northport), nice little stores/ businesses/ nice family restaurants Ginos pizza, Applebees, Outback in N.Lindy while places like Duffys, or Chateau La Mer in S.Lindy, the Town Hall building, and a nice little downtown area with good pizza/desserts/OLPH church/local business/a comic book store. Lindenhurst also has gyms such as LA Fitness, Bodyshop, Fitness19, Cuves, and martial arts centers.
Now I Hate Syracuse (aka ghetto piece of trash) tell me how does Crimedanch compare to cozy Lindenhurst???
