Massapequa man charged in assault -

A Massapequa man was arrested in North Massapequa after a police officer witnessed him assaulting a victim with a pipe, police said.

Frank Marcotrigiano, 60, of Ontario Avenue, exited his 1992 Mercury Marquis with a 2 foot pipe. i'm sure this is a nice guy on his way to church and not a wannabe mobster who was being tailgated by a young punk. Frank, wake up you piece of crap. Now the whole world knows where you live. Hopefully his friends don't come after you. nice example you set for your kids and grandkids. Is this how they settled things in the 50s in Brooklyn? A$$wipe.

I'm sure these young straight-A adults were just minding their own business. I wonder if these angels were drunk themselves at one of the houses on Ontario Av, during the block party. Is it possible that these good boys caused a fight with his kids or did these angels damage any of his property. I'm not justifying his actions, he shoulda called the police, but if someone harmed your kid or destoyed your property you would be tempted to do the same. I saw some of these teenagers acting like complete animals at the block party. The lack of respect these teenagers have is disgusting. FYI- people who host these block parties have to take a proactive attitude keeping these teenagers in check. As for the guy who went after the teens, you gotta use your head.

you are all idiots. I was there this guy deserves to rot in jail. He is 60 years old and had to reason to hit these kids. We were all at a house a few houses away. His children had started these problems. His daughter Danielle started the fight. He had to right to do what he did and he deserves to spend his life in jail. And all of you that think that he was right to do it are wrong also. This guy is a horrible man and hopefully when he gets out he will get a pipe to his head.

I'm not one to get involved in stuff like this, but this blatent ignorance is more than I can stand. First of all, if you were there you would have the facts straight and wouldn't be saying things that aren't true. Must be easy to sit there and name names tough guy when you're hiding behind a fake name and town. Also, opinion is just that. No one can say that another's opinion is wrong just because it differs from their own. When you grow up and smarten up you just might see that. What did this "horrible man" do to you that you can pass judgement on him anyway? Why don't you stop running your mouth and let the judicial system handle this. And I would be careful about wishing bad things to happen to other people...karma's a b*tch.

first off danielle did not start any thing she was in her home and the little punk knocked out her sister n she was laying on the floor face down.... N had to go to the hospital ...Mao u might want to get your whole story straight before you go accusing people of starting anything....mid u knew how the whole thing started you might know what you are talking about.....n that is a horrible thing to say about a person that is a good man.
