It's not so great if you live behind it.

I think a SONIC and a CHECKERS would both be a perfect match for Massapequa. Sonic is also looking for a home locally and hopefully in Massapequa as well.
Checks and Sonic great addition to Sunrise Highway and Massapequa.

This is just too funny...my friends in Massapequa were saying that checkers are always located in mostly-black areas and thus they always thought that Lindenhurst especially a major black community because it has 2 checkers.....and now, the irony.

Not that ironic. E Massapequa has a fairly large black population, plus it's right next to
Amityville.

But the area behind it is 99% white.
There is already a checkers on route 110 in North Amityville.

Well is it a new structure or just replacing a Roy Rogers or something? Just sayin people shouldn't move close to a highway if there is concern. I made that "mistake" in Blue Point when I first moved, behind a diner on Montauk Hway, luckily it was very quaint and not an issue.
