It is amazing that a man can have a gun , threaten, then kill someone and not pay for it by going to jail for murder or manslaughter. I guess that grand jury was tainted,bought or just plain fools. I hope the family goes after him through civil court and makes his life miserable and take everything he has, which Im sure is not much....most loosers have very little.

Paris is serving jail time for violating her probation imposed due to a DUI and this guy KILLS someone, and the only rap he will face is an improperly registered handgun???
What the hell is wrong with the justice system in this country? Don't get me wrong, I think Paris should be in jail for her violation, but when compared to this crap, it seems like nonsense! My prayers go out to the Messana family....

It is obviously not that cut and dry... It doesn't matter who you are, you can not shoot someone and not face charges unless there was a reason for the shooting which justified it.
So, what is the reason? The Grand Jury heard it, but the Grand Jury testimony is sealed.

Dino must have done something to instigate that caused the jury to believe self defense was nessesary.

I don't believe Dino is simply an innocent victim.
