Grew up in South Merrick in 50s &60a.Remember going out on rowboats for flounder and fluke fishing in the bay with my granfather. Anyone remember those days?

I uses to rent those rowboats to people like you. But that was in the 70's.

I ran the tow boat in the 60's/ plus repaired and painted all the boats in the winter after school and week ends worked the marina for 10 yrs, was the best years of my life Ran the lifts took care of the big boats, Worked year round plus went to school,
