Marsala has great food no dount aboout it--but the manager is an angry old man.

He took an order from me over the phone--went to pick it up and it was the wrong order...he gave me an attitude and rolled his eyes to the customer standing next to me. I almost walked out I was so embarressed.

He continued to give me an attitude about the entire thing. Next time I'm going to send someone in there to get my food. I will never walk in there again. The service is horrible.

I agree. I used to eat there alot. One time he came to our table and said come down here after you go to the movies for dessert. We didn't. That was the last time he acted friendly to us. I ate there with my kids and he totally ignored us. Why bother ordering food from a place that doesn't treat you good. There are plenty of other italian places, try Giovanni's across from Hudson Mill, the owner is very friendly.
