give it a break people are too cheap now a days to pay top dollar for good work they are always looking for a deal... if some one wanted to put a dormer on their house and they wanted it for 80,000 it will prob cost the contractor 150,000.because some people have champagne taste for a beer pocket. i don't see a problem of using money from one job to the next as long as you have it done by the time it's supposed to be done.
