School Forums And Proposed Tax Levies

Now that the state has announced intentions to make drastic cuts in many areas, including education, the school are going to want to start holding those "Community Information" forums to justify asking voters for more money. The taxpayers have already paid once. Why should the taxpayer have to pay for state budget cuts?
