Now that W. Carden has been named, who will take his place? Gerald Checco? Lets hope not a man who's employees hate. And have complained to Carden for years about discrimination, unfair treatment and harassment. But nothing was done. A man who kept a picture of Napoleon in his office with his face glued to it. Talk about little mans complex. Giving contracts to his wife. Spending thousand on her projects that fall through. What a waste of tax payers money.
