That poor lady. I hope they send that financial planner to prison for a long time. It's scary today - not knowing who to trust with your finances.

This is the type of thieving creep that deserves a long prison term. Also, any money or property this thief owns should be confiscated by the courts and hopefully get some of this lady's money back. This guy reminds me of all of those televangilists that prey on the elderly, just to scam them out of their money!

Referring to at all the comments of abuses to the elderly, posted natoinwide on this website: Yet, all those that have well meant opinions, yes, and outrage, never combine their efforts to bring about federal investigations. After all, the Justice Act of 1964 is in effect, but individual States, go by their own rules - and no one cares. No wonder, our neighbors to the north, believe,
that there is no kind and easy way to state the simple fact, that Americans as a society are of unremittingly ignorant people. We simply accept guardianship abuses and judicial tyranny as part of someone else's life.
