the officer should have tested the door popping remote on his duty belt.... see who would win this arguement of free speech.

and yeah..its real funny to taunt a dog trained to bite...tease it so it associates that behavior with aggression...maybe when a child is around and gets his arm bit...we can all laugh at how funny this dumb law is...and how stupid this child was!

I think this is a case of police exceeding their authority. C'mon, ya don't like the guy's behavior, fine, run him off. Don't arrest him. Sure he's a jerk, but a criminal?? Little too much self-importance behind that badge.

Make a mental note; When in Ohio, do not taunt police dogs. I'd be careful how much I taunted police humans, too..

Just one more case in this country were the police are just out of control.
This cop should be fired for wasting tax payer money and time. This just proves my point that the only threat I face is not from a far but my own country.

LOL. I was going to say the exact same thing. Would be even funnier if someone had gotten it on video.

Come on the guy was drunk, but letting the dog loose would not be a bad idea either. That way the dog and drunk can settle the score without the invoking the first amendment.
