The former "assistant superintendant" of HR for MHS, used to be the "director", the title was changed for last THREE YEARS of his employment,(can only get about a 5% raise in same position).
SAME JOB, LESS HIRING, got about a $30,000 raise!($85K to $113K), now we pay him (Ullery),for the REST of his retirement based on $113,000 salary!!!!!!
So based on average life span for a someone who makes it to
about 55 years of age, he will milk this for 25 or more years....About $462,000 EXTRA for ONE PERSON!!!
JUST ONE EXAMPLE amoung many, many more..........
IT IS NOT ABOUT THE KIDS, IT IS ABOUT "THEIR" COMPENSATION!!!!!!!

For an HR position in an organization the size of Mason schools looks about right. What would that position pay in other organizations of that size?
