Cincinnati, I am responsible for hiring in the Gallatin county area. The pay is good between $13-$14 an hour but obviously Cincinnati is 45 minutes away with no traffic. You can take your dollar further in this town than in the city. What would it take to get good candidates for a warehouse environment to travel or even move out of the city for a good paying job and where the cost of living is lower? Help me out everyone, your responses will help us out with our recruiting strategy.
