Review: Anahata Yoga Center

This studio belongs to a yogi I have been doing yoga with for 4+ years. I have followed her from location to location because I am so devoted to her style of teaching. The studio is new, really nice space, and there is a great variety of classes. I would highly recommend both the studio, and the owner/teacher/teacher trainer Paula to anyone interested in beginning or continuing a yoga practice. It is also one of the few local spaces offering "bat" or "hammock" or "aerial" yoga. I really enjoy these classes, too-they are different and take yoga to a new level. The location is very convenient to the West Chester, Mason, and Lebanon areas, right on a main drag, yet peaceful and set back off of the road. There is a great group coming-have met a lot of nice, interesting, fun-to-be-around people here.
