Hope this ruling bankrupts Elmwood Place. About time the crooked leaders and police are put in their place. They got greedy and charged for going 1 or 2 miles over the speed limit. Just plain greed.

I am one of such owners, and I wasn't even operating the subject vehicle.They mail ou a ticet and claim if ougoquiet and ay I,it wont affect yor insuranc, wat a crock.Definitely unconstitutional no due process.
