Elmwood place obviously was to generate revenue. They screwed up with that. Ticketing peoples cars & NOT the driver of the cars is a little shakey. Then to send them the tickets by mail when they could have been cited 2-3-or 4 more times before they received additional tickets was just asking for litigation.

Where they messed up was setting the camera to low. People where getting tickets for going 2 or 3 miles over the speed limit and getting tickets in a school zone when there was no school
They got greedy and it is going to cost them. Just another reason why Elmwood sucks. Hope they go bankrupt over this, they deserve everythong they get..
