This is bullshit! I can see in restaurants but not in bars and casinos....we have every right to smoke as non-smokers have to not smoke. Total and utter bullshit!!!!

What's bullshit is that you sit there and pollute the air that I breathe with your cancer stick.

No whats bullshit is that you think that your rights are more important than my rights because I smoke. If you dont like it move away. If the government wants me to not smoke, then they should make it illegal all together...not telling me that they are going to charge outrageous taxes and then tell me I don't have the right to smoke places. I am tired of hearing all you non-smokers whining. It's a big crock of shit!

this is bull. I compleatly agree if people don't like the smoke then leave the bar or go to the non-smoking section of the casino! Make it Illegal or quit whinning! But no you want the tax money! Worst of all is everyone knows the rich are still going to smoke in their private clubs and bars while the rest of us have to abide by the law! This is typical libral crap, go ahead and smoke, but only where we say and how we say!

Let me tell you something else I have to breathe in all of your damn exhaust fumes and I dont complain. And I dont think im going to start too many hurricanes with my ciggarette smoke. And ill tell you this much, indoors is one thing i guess put aside the fact that someone actualy owns these buisnesses and they are losing their right to choose, but when you tell me i cant smoke a cigarrete outside, well that is crossing the line and this isnt the america i was promised but it will be again i promise. And if you want to play this little me verses the smokers game ill tell you this much theyl come after you too, trust this is a test and it isnt about smoking.

Whether your a smoker or not don't you think we should have just as much a right to have a smoking place as a non smoking. No one is forcing anyone to go in and breathe smoke. Just wait before long it will be the law to eat a certain thing, walk a certain way, talk a cetain way where does it end. I didn't know communism was so close. Don't you people see what your advocating. You can't protect people from themselves. We are going against everything our anscestors fought for. Take the blindfold off your eyes and wake up and see the light!!!!!!!!!!
