For everyone in Everett who's missing the Southern-style barbecue of Mo's Best BBQ, the good news is lunch and dinner are still being served, with breakfast on the way. via The Herald

I visited Mo's last night and had a terrible experience.

First of all, our meal took one hour and ten minutes to arrive. No attempts were made to try and remedy this massive delay.

Secondly, the restaurant was dirty. Dirty floors, dirty tables and you could see the bathroom/toilet from our table.

Once the food finally arrived, the bbq sauce was tasty but my chicken sandwich was dry and uninspiring. If they are to survive, they need quicker food serving times, customer service and cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness.

Note: When I paid for the dinner at the cashiers table, the young man behind the register asked me what tip I should give!!! A very uncomfortable and tacky way to handle gratuity.
