Either move out of state, or start working to amend the State Constitution.

Or maybe just move out of the country because I disagree with a lot of spending that goes on.

The one problem with our system of government is that we are allowed to vote money out of other peoples pockets for our benefit.

And one problem with our country is that some people's pockets and minds are both so fuckkin tightly closed that they cannot acknowledge that they derive direct benefits from Constitutionally mandated governmental support of public education, despite the fact that they themselves may have no children.

Another one is that some folks will not acknowledge that people who rent housing and have children contribute to the funding of Constitutionally mandated public education to the exact same degree as those people who own real property themselves.

Yes and no. Yes, rental prices are determined by the cost it takes to operate the apartments, and no because you can only charge so much for rent based on the location and demand. I have a policy where I freeze rents if at all possible because the longer people stay, the more value their apartment is. When you start taking annual increases in rent, that's what causes people to leave and look for something cheaper. I do increase the rental price when one tenant moves out and another one moves in.

So unless I have several tenants move out, I eat the cost for additional property taxes. Add to that the federal EPA sticking their nose into our business here in Cleveland, water and sewer prices are expected to increase for the next several years. I'll probably eat that too because having vacant apartments is more expensive than just paying these bills out of pocket.

Government, government, government. What would we do without it? Well...... probably have a hell of a lot more money for one. But since you're such an expert, tell me, where in our Constitution does it say that I should have to pay for gymnasiums at a school, or how about a football field, air conditioning, a library, six figure administrators, a school board, transportation? I mean, if I have to pay for the education of other peoples children, shouldn't they at least find a way to get the little rug rat over there?

Lick of Common Sense:

Everyone with a lick of common sense knows The majority of 53% of US the Government of this Representative Republic that vote and the 47% nonvoters that sit on their dead hands and whine; electing Obnoxious President, Governor, Representatives of US the Government, County Commissioners, Township Trustees, Mayors, City Council, School Administrators and Board Members

That holds Government employees, Parents, Teachers, Veterans, Police, Firemen, and Fathers disqualified for affirmative action with white skin, Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and America’s grandchildren’s children Representatives deny Collective Bargaining Rights accountable.

To fund Illegal drug users and Immigrants, lottery, casino, and keno losers, unemployed Union workers replaced with nonunion workers, Human Traffickers, waitresses that pander for life for $2.00 per hour, slaves in enterprise zones, low-income child labor, consumers, and taxpayers, volunteers without wages, and nonunion workers willing to work for fewer wages than they can afford life. That pays with welfare checks, food stamps, housing vouchers, and Medicaid.

Pay property tax on state appraised value of their American Dream. Pay bank interest on purchase price of American Dream for 30 years. Pay interest on lottery winners winnings Legislators invest in school bonds, Pay for all stimulus packages, tax abatements, tax incentives, tax refunds, tax credit, and tax exemptions. Pay sales tax on the more stock dividends (money) OPEC Nations, Enron Stockholders, Wal-Mart Stockholders, Hillarys, Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders (money marketers) market quarterly. In the wholesale and retail price of every product and service Human Beings use for life. And School Boards and Government needs to build, maintain and operate schools, infrastructure, and provide local and national security, and Government services. Needed to measure and maintain the strength and growth of this UNAFFORDABLE economy. That gets only product or service.

This is defiant of USA Labor Law, The Constitution, and demands of Natural Law: what Mother Nature, God, or Whatever Power decreed to be the reality of the real world, democracy, capitalism, the US Constitution, and free, fair, and affordable commerce and common sense.

Demanding every corporation, farmer, business, outsourcer sweatshop, and nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization and Church; markets the cost in the wholesale and retail price of his or her product and service; of every worker, consumer, and taxpayer's wages (union contract), investment and independent business profit. This enables every worker, consumer, and taxpayer to pay healthcare insurance premium or pay healthcare provider. Pay ALL taxes and pay for every product and service they use for life. With money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit. This enables every parent to educate, love, nurse, nurture, discipline, protect, and provide; for every child (job) they conceive. And fund schools, infrastructure, local and national security, government services, and etc.; with money derived from wages, investment profit, and independent business profit.

Defying USA Labor Law, the Constitution, and Realities demands is bankrupting USA. Makes free, fair, and affordable commerce IMPOSSIBLE; Makes funding schools IMPOSSIBLE; Makes balancing every budget IMPOSSIBLE; Makes Union workers, consumers, taxpayers, and Americas grandchildren's children life UNAFFORDABLE; and created Ohio’s $1.35 trillion budget deficit, the $40 trillion social security and the $16 trillion national debt. America’s grandchildren’s children are responsible to pay Chinese, Foreign and Domestic Investors and Stockholders interest with this debt until they are 18 years old.

America’s grandchildren’s children cannot afford life and pay this debt with the $7.25 per hour Government mandated labor wage in a hundred million years.

With Gubment gubment gubment our kiddies get such wonderful education......
.
A more compelling look at what ails American Youth would examine what happens when a society allows its standards of excellence and conduct to die in a bonfire. Heather MacDonald describes the impact of this death of standards by examining the experiences of one teacher in Minneapolis/St. Paul. The teacher, Mr. Benner, taught fifth graders and describes the following set of policies and activities initiated by his school district.

Like districts across the county, the St. Paul public school system has been on a mission to lower the black suspension rate, following complaints by local activists and black parents. A highly regarded principal lost his job because his school had “too many” suspensions of black second- and fourth-graders. The school system has sent its staff to $350,000 worth of “cultural-proficiency” training, where they learned to “examine the presence and role of ‘Whiteness.’” The district spent another $2 million or so to implement an anti-suspension behavioral-modification program embraced by the Obama administration.
.
Benner despises the impact this policy has had on his students. He describes his concerns over the impact youths have suffered from George W. Bush once termed “the soft bigotry of low expectations.”
.
Benner sees the consequences of this anti-discipline push nearly every day in the worsening behavior of students. He overheard a fifth-grade boy tell a girl:“B****, I’ll f*** you and s*** you.”(“I wanted to throw him against the locker,” Benner recalls.) The boy’s teacher told Benner that she felt powerless to punish the misbehavior.
.
The students being patronized quickly realize the cowardice of modern authority. They smell blood and go for the kill. When teachers feel powerless to enforce discipline, school becomes nothing more than a jail to keep children out of other people’s hair for a few hours every day.
.
Allen Zollman, a middle school remedial teacher in Pennsylvania, told an eighth-grade girl who would not stop talking over him:“You have two choices: either stop talking, or I will have you removed.” Her response:“I’m going to torture you. I’m doing this because I can’t be removed.”
.
The end result of these policies is the very equality that liberals quest for. Nobody is any better than anyone else. Attempting to learn in a classroom where bored young boys can walk up to any girl in the class an announce “B****, I’ll f*** you and s*** you.” is obviously impossible.
.
The modern American School becomes a place where the absolute worst people in the room can say “I’m going to torture you. I’m doing this because I can’t be removed.” And nothing will ever happen to them. At that point, the children are incarcerated instead of educated. The experience becomes a worthless exercise in wasting the youth of America’s children at the expense of their families via local taxation. But that’s just fine with the American Left wingers because true equality can only occur at absolute zero.
.
Gubment education is FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Seeing him talking on TV raises the slime factor exponentially.
Kasich is reining all the dishonesty and undoing the backroom, union mob, money laundering deals of the past Dirty Democrat Party. That's your policy. I have several rentals myself and i increase my rent annually when leases come due if I need to. It's business 101 if yo want profit from your rentals. Now as far as paying for education. If you have substandard shools and education, the value of your property will drop making your property taxes less. Maybe that's what your looking for.

Rental property is like anything else. It's supply and demand. When the demand is higher than the supply, prices go up. When the supply is greater than the demand, the prices go down. If your are asking $700.00 for your two bedroom apartment while your competitors are asking $625.00, your unit will remain empty for quite some time until there are no more $625.00 units available in the same area. Empty units are the greatest loss for a landlord, and my number one priority is getting those units filled. That's not business 101, that's 20 years of experience.

Next, there is no correlation between good schools and property values. It's a myth likely made up by the teachers unions. It's my experience that the property goes first, and the schools follow. I've seen it dozens of times here in the Cleveland area, and in particular, in the suburbs where I live now.

That explains alot! You are a suburbanite. Get out to the the rural areas of Ohio and it is a different world. As far a s the rentalpart of your statement, I charge more than anyone else in my area and have no trouble keeping my units full. I have come to find out in my 33 years of being a landlord that people don't mind paying a little more if you give them a few bells and whistles.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, suburban areas. How does a rural area go bad anyway? What? You get even more rural people????

As you stated, if you are charging more, then you are giving more. That's perfectly logical. But if you are charging more for nearly the same as others are offering, then you are likely not getting more or have extremely low competition.

Here where I live, there is only so much you can charge. You have to set your base price on what comparable units are going for within a 5 mile range, and usually, there are dozens of them. In my area, some landlords are offering no credit check, no security deposit, and first months rent free. That's how competition is in suburbia.

You must understand when conversing with xxx, that his ability to perceive reality is limited to events taking place within a 50 foot circle circumscribed around his body at the center, and no further, and that he most likely, rarely, if ever moves outside of a pre-set, repetitive course.
