i can see why the (253 acre) pickle farm is tax exempt and everything..it's to bad they didn't upkeep the buildings better, but they were there before the complainers wrecklessly invested borrowerd funds to develop the swampland next door and erect an urban area.
maybe that city adm guy could live there instead of gahanna..?....has he been there since sept....wow he really has great insight of that areas issues...?
that ouddaha guy coud ram and ream demolishin' it prolli? anyway i guess im glad to see the state continue their responsible ownership although the story omitts any info on the large home that is ajacent to the barns....(anuddaha reason why i can't stand to read the c-bus dispatch).
the part i never understood was the old livestock yards thats clearly a zoning violation posterboy and the true "city gateway" to the south (the pickle farm is on the westside)...
watt has the city am done to bring it to code...?...
the jews would ask over a million $$$ to purchase it but enjoy low ag use taxes and have neglected to even mow the grass err anythin' in the entire tyme msvl anexed its aprox 150 acres bout 20 years ago...lass tyme i saw the large plate glass front door was busted out and the was easy acess for anyone including the skewl kids cross the street...????...then the skewl and city go toot their bogus horns on skewl saftey-n-stuff..?.....Baby!

I think our Councilman should have worked through the proper channels and the Council to address his concerns. Using social media in an attempt to embarrass the Penal System into removing the barns lacks professionalism. The Reformatory has been a long standing employer and community supporter in this community for years. The excellent Warden and the state agency deserve our local government to give them a chance to hear the City's concerns via face-to-face meetings not by the use of social media sites. I think Council owes Warden Trim and the State a written apology. Let's Work Together to Make Community Improvements via open communications
free hot wings and beer responds: i agree jerry, if reams were juss a citizen it would be differant, but heze cashin' a councilmans check every week frum the voters tax funds and imo behaves very unprofessional intrusive and counter-productive and it shows.
send the new hire code enforcement clown out to the citys abandoned stockyards/jewish developers pipedream and do ur god dam job....Baby!
