This is Val's cousin and you know what ppl!!Paul tripp is a sorry waste of flesh because he not only gave my cousin the heroin, he also disposed of her body and my family couldn't even give her a proper burial, we had to say goodbye to a little box with ashes in it. Her didn't tell anyone, he drove around with her in the passenger seat of his car for 6 hours!!!!!!He drove over the state line to Illinois. He then disposed of her body less than a mile away from where my grandmothers body was found in 1996. My family is no stranger to tragedy. After he did all that he got on a plane, WHILE HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE ON PAROLE.. and didn't tell a soul about it. He's an informant so if u get your drugs from him you had better beware! The point being is he only got 5 yrs. in prison and valerie's law will ensure that if this happens to someone else the penalties will be harsher. please sign this! My dear friend and cousin was the victim of a heroin overdose in early march 2011. She was missing for 21 days and the guy who gave her the drug and then dumped her body only got 5 years in prison. "Valerie's law" will help us get stricter penalties and help get these dealers off the street. We need to think about our youth.

Please sign! We need your help to make a difference!

I thought the 5 years in prison was due to ONE of the drug charges he was on parole for and that he is still in the pre-trial procedures of the "Abandoning a Corpse".

The 5 years he just got sentenced for was because of a drug charge he had and he is yet to be convicted for dumping Val. If we get this law passed soon then he will most likely recieve a harsher punishment than he's facing now. SIGN THE PETITION! LETS PUT THIS SCUMBAG AWAY!
