Considering how the state ranks in general education (32) and the 50th in people with at least a high school diploma. The statistics relating to the percentage of the population who are mentally disturbed and not treated. The fact that there is an arrest in only one out of every five violent crimes that occur. And the percentage of the state's population that is on public assistance (ranks 3rd in poverty) it's easy to figure out what kind of person he really is.
FYI, there are more even worse stats, like those relating to domestic abuse, child molestation, etc. I wouldn't want anyone to know I lived there or even used to live there.
