Violent crime is unacceptable no matter how it happens. But, the latest info is begining to tell a different story.
So I think I'll wait until all the facts come out before I form my opinion about this specific case.

I've been to that store, it's a good place to buy used books, and I read a lot.
And the pic of that guy looks just like one of the clerks who worked at the store when it was at Grandview Plaza.
Something doesn't sound quite right. If the clerk thought the guy picked up another employee sometimes so she let him get in her car. Why didn't she wonder what he was doing there at closing time without a ride?
There's gotta be more to the story than what has been reported. Like did they get the cash back or is it missing.

Judge Kristine Allen Kerr gave him 5 years probation and 120 days shock time (which he has already served. Thank you Governor Jay Nixon for another "liberal-let them out to hurt more citizens" judge. Elections do matter.
